【印度溫度計】復甦帶頭!印度股債平衡策略迎戰第四季

印度自今年第2季甩開疫情干擾,股市走一波報復性反彈,債券市場也在寬鬆政策支持下表現倒吃甘蔗,進入第四季,印度股債資產該如何操作呢?

根據瀚亞印度股債評價指數最新顯示,指標連續6個月上揚,自上月8月突破買股區來到103.7,轉進【股債平衡配置】區,9月份持續上揚至106.2,維持股債平衡的投資建議。也就是說,建議投資人增加債券資產部位,以平衡型基金或債券型基金,以提高防禦、增加收息機會。

經濟復甦明顯 季風雨量給力

9月延續上月份上漲火力,印度股市維持全年高檔,10月上旬印度Sensex指數成功站上4萬點。

經濟基本面的好轉,成為股市上揚的最佳動能。隨海內外市場需求復甦,貿易來往恢復,印度經濟將明顯看到復甦過程;無論是製造業或服務業PMI,均呈現急速上升。此外,截至9/17 為止,印度季風累積降雨量持續高於長年平均 7% 以上,對於農村需求與市場行情注入一劑強心針。

由於基本需求遞延,供應鏈逐漸復甦,預期帶動印度企業獲利於2021年呈現明顯復甦趨勢,有望反映至股市表現。金融股今年表現相對落後其他族群,但卻是獲利與展望相對樂觀的族群,近期也嶄露頭角、啟動反彈,大型私人銀行各項業務利潤提升,且評價遭市場嚴重低估,未來表現可望成為推動指數上揚的重要關鍵族群。

政策利多 債市資金充沛

由於疫情、地緣政治風險仍存在,印度央行續寬鬆基調,降息時間點將延至第4季或明年第1季,通膨率也可望因基期較高而下滑。

對於印度債市,受惠於政府持續購入長天期公債,維持並控制殖利率在低位,第三季也推出更多債務重整框架,幫助銀行產業,如9/1放寬銀行投資公債認列持有至到期22%(原為19.5%),使銀行業評價壓力降低,約可為政府債市帶來約3.6兆盧比資金流入。

FY21財年以來,RBI央行已進行1.25兆盧比加倍特殊公開市場操作(Special Open Market Operations)、5,000億盧比Operation Twist。近期市場過剩流動性收斂,更強流動性支持,未來有更大公開市場操作空間。
